The open tread stairs lead directly to the second floor from the first floor landing.

Through the Suffolk latch door on the left this bedroom has a dormer window overlooking the garden to the rear. There is loads of character with an abundance of exposed beams in the sloping ceiling. There is a double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps either side. The bedroom has an original beam running through at waist height that adds character and interest beyond which is a small built in wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror.

This bedroom is on the open mezzanine of the second floor, this too has an original beam that runs across the width of the room which guests need to duck beneath to access the zip and link bed. Like bedroom 3 this bed can be configured as a super king or a pair of singles as required. Storage is limited to the divan drawer beneath the beds and the two drawers in the cabinet under central window. For privacy there are beautiful tied back floor to ceiling curtains hung from the ceiling and beams.
